Lottie has been fascinated by cooking shows from a very young age and describes herself at a ‘perpetually frustrated perfectionist’. Her baking skills earned her the first Hollywood handshake of her GBBO series and she also won the highly-prized ‘Star Baker’ title. Lottie’s first book BAKING IMPERFECT was published in July 2022.

Lottie is one of the breakout stars of The Great British Bake Off. The fan-favourite from the 2020 series (avg. audience 6.9 million), she was the most talked about personality on the show, trending ahead of her peers online each week. In baking and in life Lottie rejects the fake and the airbrushed. She chooses to show us things honestly, as gloriously imperfect.
